The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the “Act”) was signed into law by President Obama on February 17, 2009. The Act contains many important provisions which impact tax-exempt bonds including one which will significantly enhance the financing options available to 501(c)(3) organizations for the years 2009 and 2010.
