Charlie Wittmack Named to Des Moines Register "Iowan of the Decade" List

Davis Brown attorney Charlie Wittmack was named to the Des Moiens Register "Our Iowans of the Decade" list in the Sunday, December 27, 2009 edition.
On May 22, 2003, Wittmack was the first Iowan to summit Mount Everest. He attempted the infamous "Peak and Pond" in August 2008, but was pulled from the water. In July 2010, he will embark upon the 12-month World Triathlon including a swim in the English Channel, bicycling nearly 12,000 miles from France to Nepal, and ascend Mount Everest.
