General representation of an international wind energy developer in corporate and transactional matters, including wind energy projects and joint venture wind energy developments in Iowa.
General representation of a real estate development company in general corporate and transactional matters, including financing and capitalization for commercial real estate projects in Iowa and throughout the United States.
General representation of a diversified, federated agricultural cooperative, including advising the Board of Directors with respect to an unsolicited outside takeover proposal.
